Natalie Imbruglia Attends Cannes

Australian singer/actress Natalie Imbruglia was in attendance at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, walking the red carpet at the international premiere of the animated movie, Kung Fu Panda.

Imbruglia, who shot to fame in Australia on the hit soap Neighbours, has spent most of her time in London struggling to make it big in the music industry. Her lastest forary, Glorious, comprising of five new tracks plus a collection of her greatest hits, has failed to hit the mark in Australia, and only reached # 5 on the UK Music Charts.

Since then, Imbruglia has been focusing on a big break in the movie industry, starring in the 2003 British comedy Johnny English (alongside Rowan Atkinson) and the 2007 Australian independent film, Elise.

She is also rumoured to be starring alongside Hugh Jackman in the upcoming big-budget X-Men spin-off, Wolverine, to be released later this year.
