Jennifer Hawkins’ Favourite Fashion Trends

While at Myer’s ‘Designers and their Muses’ event in Sydney last Thursday, Australian model Jennifer Hawkins sat down with Dolly, to give the scoop of just what she thinks will be this season’s biggest trends.

Jen told Dolly: “[Right now] I love opaque tights, I love felt hats, and little tight leather gloves? So funky! The tight waisted leather jackets I love too. Skinny jeans are good for days when you’re feeling good!”

The former Miss Universe admitted that her favourite designer of the moment was Nicola Finetti, because of his very feminine, very girly pieces.

Jennifer was quick to add that while it’s fun to follow the trends shown in the magazines and on the catwalks, it’s important that you don’t lose your own personal style while doing so.

“Don’t always go with the trend. Follow it but take a piece of it and turn it round and make it your own. And if you just go with what makes you feel confident, then it’s a winner, you’ll feel sexy and confident and you’ll have a great night,” she said.
