Elle Macpherson Leaving London For Australia

Supermodel Elle Macpherson is considering returning back to her roots, and has put her luxury London home up for sale in a bid to move back to Australia.

A friend told Britian’s Mail on Sunday newspaper: “Elle has had enough of living in London.  Â

“She just finds it too busy. She has decided she wants to move back to Australia for a more simple life.”

The 45-year-old model, known to fans as simply The Body, has called London home for nearly 10 years, along with her two sons Flynn (9), and Aurelius Cy (4).

Her seven-storey home in the infamous suburb of Notting Hill, which is on the market now, is worth an estimated $A17 million.

Macpherson’s friend added: “[Elle] has spent a fortune making the house bespoke, but has now decided to sell it.

“Estate agents have been round and auctioneers have been in to value all the furniture. It’s all happening.”

When asked of her planned move, a spokesperson for Macpherson replied: “We can’t comment.”
